About Jeff

Jeff carries an impressive history within the legal realm. Starting with an education at DePauw and later Marquette University, Jeff graduated from law school in 1976. This began the impressive 39 years of practice that Jeff has experienced. Along those 39 years Jeff has gained extensive experience in both criminal defense and civil trial cases. This includes criminal jury trials from theft to murder as well as medical malpractice, personal injury and numerous other cases. Not only has Jeff had an impressive history as a lawyer but he also has many other professional achievements including President of the Dayton Bar Association from 2002 to 2003, 5.0 AV Preeminent® rating and voted one of the top 60 lawyers in Dayton, Ohio by his peers, Former Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge (appointed by Governor Taft in 2000), Full-time Referee in Dayton Municipal Court (over 5 years), Instructor at Ohio Judicial College, and the list goes on. Jeff is also a Certified mediator for the US District Court and has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration continuing to hold very high success rates in both fields.
